Registration Process
The Phenom Bootcamp's registration process is simple.
  1. Decide which camp you wish to attend
  2. Decide whether you wish to stay in the camp dormatory or secure your own housing (San Diego Camps ONLY!)
  3. Complete the registration forms
  4. Send this registration forms, proof of grade (copy of report card/progress report) along with your deposit to Camp HQ.
  5. Watch for your name to appear on the Phenom Bootcamp Roster for your requested camp

Camp Pricing
$395 You secure your own accomodations  
$150 Deposit secures your spot with balance due (spots go FAST!)  
Please pay by cashier's check/money order made payable to Adidas Phenom Camp and mail to: 26563 Rhone Ct., Moreno Valley, CA 92555
